You can submit your results by uploading a screenshot to the designated "Upload Here" button, available on the result submission page. Before uploading, you will need to verify yourself by entering your Ticket Number and Email Address.

Your Ticket Number can be found in the PDF invoice we sent to you upon payment made. Please check your email and refer to the PDF, or search for [email protected] in your inbox for easier access.

Yes, you can combine multiple runs to achieve the required distance. Just submit screenshots for each run through the same "Upload Here" button.

Unfortunately, if you miss the 3rd December deadline, your result will not be counted, and you will be ineligible for completion certificates and rewards.

No, once you have submitted your result, it cannot be edited. Please double-check all information before submitting.

Yes, treadmill runs are accepted. Please submit a clear photo of the treadmill screen showing the distance of the run.

If the submission is incomplete or incorrect, we will notify you via email and allow you to correct it. However, corrections must still be made before the deadline of 3rd December.
